More Three Musketeers
This is the ending frame of a 3-Musk commercial where the guys get the girls (and the treasure). There was a lot of careful work done on lighting for this one and the characters were fun to animate.
There was a sequence in our Seinfeld short where George gets mad at a parking meter and turns into the incredible Hulk then smashes his fist onto the hood of his car and rips the parking meter out. I'm still looking for it on youtube.
Here is a partial set and some pieces from the diner cafe & apartment in the Seinfeld show. We did a short animated piece where the characters were dressed up as super heroes. These pictures might be all that's left of this work and I'll post a picture of Elaine and George later.
Here's a picture I ran across while looking for something to post. I sculpted this piece many years before I did the little boy posted just below. I can see a similarity in how I handled the boys features although this one is a bit more realistic.
This is the little boy from the same commercial. This sculpt did get used for the spot but I had to make the toy car out of another material. I made a number of other props for this commercial but can't seem to find any more photos.
Here's a little girl sculpt that was actually a clay study for a public service commercial. It didn't take long to sculpt and I don't think this one was ever used. As I recall it was too cartoon looking for the clients.
Here's a bunch of the replacements we used for the 3-musketeers commercial. They are made out of wax then painted with acrylics to match the characters. We could get quite a bit of dialogue from just this set of mouths.
